Sally Joyston-Bechal

Sally Joyston-Bechal has been sculpting for over 15 years since her retirement from a successful career in Academic Dentistry.

She has been actively engaged in artistic activities as a member of the Medical Arts Society since 1995 and has exhibited annually at the Society’s exhibitions at the Royal Society of Medicine and at the Mall Galleries in London. She was awarded the Society’s annual prize for 3 dimensional work in 7 separate exhibitions.

In 2002 she held a private exhibition of her work at The Gallery in Cork Street London.


Over the last 10 years, her work has also been shown at The Affordable Art Fair in Battersea, London, also at the Royal College of Physicians annual art exhibition in Regent’s Park, London, and at the Cotswold Art Exhibition in Kingham, Gloucestshire.

She currently works and studies sculpture at The Hampstead School of Art in London. Her preferred medium is stone and her works are available in Bronze Resin.
